Click on  Options->Preferences and then click on
the Settings tab. Within the Advanced Settings you'll find the JavaScript Errors check box:

When the box is unchecked, RIP Pop-Ups will not remove javascript errors
|
|
|
When the box is checked, RIP Pop-Ups will automatically click the NO button on the "Do you want to debug?" message box.
